A move inside the city is the simplest. The bike is collected from your address, stands upright on a vehicle tied at the frame, and is delivered to the new one. It is priced in a band of Rs 2,500 to Rs 5,500, and what moves it within the band is access: a scooter at a ground floor gate is quick, a motorcycle brought up from a tower basement or walked out of a narrow lane takes longer. Plenty of people simply ride the bike themselves on a short hop, and that is a perfectly reasonable choice. The job is for when that is not practical, because nobody in the house can ride it, the owner has already left, or the distance is long enough that the odometer and the traffic matter.
A move out of Bangalore adds distance to the same collection. The bike still travels on a vehicle, never on its own wheels, and the charge for the route is added to the collection and confirmed in writing before you book. This is the job behind most of our bike enquiries: someone leaving for a new job, going home after studying here, or sending a bike to family. The papers matter more on this kind of move, and so does timing it around the owner's own travel.
A bike with a household move is usually the cheapest way to send it anywhere, because the vehicle is already making the trip.
