Keep each bike's papers together. Put each RC, insurance certificate and the signed forms in an envelope marked with the bike's number and the child's name. Hand each envelope over with its bike.

Be fair about the condition. One child may be getting a well kept scooter and the other a motorcycle that has stood for years. Photograph both before loading, so there's no argument afterwards about scratches or a missing mirror.
